A lease application with a credit report is required prior to entering into an agreement.
Upon the management's acceptance of
your application and an acceptable credit report you will be required to pay the following:
A. $30.00 Credit Report
Fee
B. Security Deposit equaling one month's rent
(Promptly refunded upon
vacating)
C. First Month's Rent
At your option you can enter into a one or two year lease at the time
of rental.
